Press and hold an item and choose "Just did it". The current date and time are recorded and the elapsed time returns to zero. You can also record from the detail screen. If you tap it by mistake, "Undo" appears at the bottom of the screen and removes the record you just added.
An interval is only a hint for when something might be worth doing again. Nothing turns red when it passes, and the app does not count completion rates or streaks. Items you would rather not schedule can be left with no interval; they simply show how long it has been.
An item is "due soon" once at least 80% of its interval has passed. It is not meant to push you, so the indication is deliberately quiet. The filter at the top of the home screen shows only those items.
In Settings you can pick a layout (Ring, Cards, Timeline, Compact, Grid, Focus, Bars) and a theme (Minimal, Soft, Dark, Paper, Mono, Midnight, Sage, Ink, Frost, Neon) independently, so any combination is possible. A small preview shows each one before you choose.
Press and hold any item and choose "Reorder", or open Settings and tap "Arrange them yourself". Drag the handles to arrange them. Once you move something, the order switches to your own; you can return to elapsed order in Settings.
The detail screen lists history newest first. The menu on each row lets you change the date or delete the record. "Add" lets you enter a past date you forgot to record.
Turn on "Notify when it comes due" in Settings and pick a time of day. Items with an interval will notify you once the interval has passed. Individual items can be excluded from the edit screen.
Records are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to a server and there is no sync between devices. Deleting the app deletes your records.
